What happens after.
You receive your results
The four deliverables are generated immediately at the end of the assessment. They are yours to keep, share with your team, and present to leadership — no Tensaria involvement required.
A practitioner follows up
Within one business day, a Tensaria practitioner will reach out to discuss what the assessment produced. Not a sales call — a technical conversation about whether what we found makes sense in your context.
We agree on a next step (or not)
If the assessment identifies a clear opportunity and a Tensaria engagement makes sense, we will scope a Discovery Sprint or an implementation engagement. If it does not, we will tell you that too.
Common questions.
What information do I need to complete the assessment?
The assessment is based on your industry, the function you want to assess, and the size of your organisation. You do not need to prepare data or documentation in advance. The most useful input is a clear picture of the specific operational problem you are trying to solve.
Is this only about AI?
No. The assessment is designed to surface every tech-enabled improvement worth making — efficiency, customer experience, automation, integration, and process redesign. AI is the focal lens because it is where the highest-leverage opportunities tend to sit, but if a problem is better solved without AI, the assessment will say so.
How long does it take?
Between 8 and 12 minutes for a focused assessment of one department or business function. You can complete multiple assessments if you want to explore several areas.
What happens after I complete the assessment?
You receive the four outputs immediately. A Tensaria practitioner will follow up within one business day to discuss what the assessment produced and whether a Discovery makes sense as a next step. There is no obligation.
Is the assessment genuinely free?
Yes. The assessment is free and the outputs are yours to keep. Organisations that start with a structured assessment make better engagement decisions — and this is the most concrete proof of what we do before you commit to anything.
What is a Discovery?
A Discovery is the human-led version of this tool — a practitioner works with your team over 1 to 3 days, validates and extends the tool's outputs, and produces engagement-ready documentation. The tool is the digital entry point. The Discovery is the deeper engagement.
